Uutinen - Julkaistu 30.10.2017

Scandinavian Journal of Forest Research juhlii Suomen satavuotista itsenäisyyttä suomalaisten tutkijoiden kirjoittamien sähköisten artikkelien kokoelmalla.

Ilmaiseksi luettavissa oleva artikkelikokoelma löytyy tältä sivustolta (kesäkuuhun 2018 saakka):

”Finns live in and from forests. Three quarters of the country—23 million hectares—is forest, making up about 10% of the forest area in Europe. With strong research from the University of Helsinki, the University of Eastern Finland, the Headquarters of the European Forest Institute and the Natural Resources Institute Finland, Finland is one of the world’s leading forest research nations.

In 2017, Finland celebrates 100 years of independence. To mark this special occasion, Scandinavian Journal of Forest Research is proud to offer free access to ten recent papers from Finnish researchers. The selection of articles provides a snapshot into the broad scope of today’s Finnish forest research, and marks the significant contribution of the Finnish forest research community to the quality of our journal.”
